Healing Reiki in my yoga room, Reiki is a non invasive hand placed energy exchange to promote relaxation, reduce stress and illness, its a holistic practice alongside your usual medications, helping the energy to flow.

I offer Thai Yoga Massage,  Working with the energy line and acupressure point and stretching to help relieve tension and restore balance.

These two practices can be combined for a whole sense of relaxation and well being.
